Tent camping is an important tradition here at WillOaks. We have a wide variety of
tent sites and some are grouped to accommodate groups of campers who reserve
space to register & camp together (see Map.) Most of our tent sites have a campfire
circle and a picnic table. Some of these sites can accommodate pop-up campers that
do not need hook-ups. We register our guests and charge by the tent. Some sites
are quite large, and can accommodate multiple tents for small groups. At this time,
tent camping per night, for one tent with 2 adults and up to 2 children under 13, is
$22 per night. Surcharges may apply.
Check-in time, at the campground office, is between 2 p.m. & 7 p.m. & check-out time
is Noon. We do not take credit cards at the campground at this time, cash or check
only please. Please display your car pass on your vehicle after check in.
Your stay may be extended either before or after these times with the purchase of
day passes. Please read our brochure for more details about camping at WillOaks.
We encourage all of our campers to participate in our recycling program and more
information is given to guests at check-in. Dogs are welcome at WillOaks as long as
the rules are observed!
Reservations are recommended, particularly for weekends, for group camping, for
holiday weekends, and if guests desire their choice of a particular site. Confirmed
reservations are held with an advance deposit of one night ($22) per site, or a
deposit of $50 for a week long stay, and can be made by mail, online through email
(drop us a note and we'll send you an invoice for using a credit card), or at the
campground. A form is available to download and print for reservations by mail.
Local folks will find forms in the box outside the office, as well as a deposit box, in
case the manager is not there when you come by to request a reservation. And yes,
we do have showers!
